Integrated Freight Corp was incorporated as Douglas County Industries, Inc. in Colorado in 1981. It is a holding company with two operating motor freight carriers, providing truck load service throughout the forty-eight contiguous United States. It carries dry freight and certain hazardous materials including hazardous waste. It provides long-haul, regional and local service to its customers. It serves approximately 125 customers on a regular basis. Competition in the motor freight industry is based on service (including on-time pickup and delivery), price, equipment availability and business relationships. The Company's operations as a for-hire motor freight carrier are subject to regulation by the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) and its agency, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and certain business is also subject to state rules and regulations.
