Global Earth Energy, Inc., formerly known as International Development Corp., was formed on October 22, 2004, under the laws of the state of Nevada. On December 9, 2004, IDC merged with Ozolutions Inc., a Delaware Corporation, which was formed on January 10, 1996 as Unipak Process, Inc., with IDC as the surviving corporation. On April 14, 2006 IDC changed its name to Global Wataire Inc. On February 5, 2008, the Company changed its name to Global Earth Energy, Inc. The Company builds and operates green alternative energy technologies to aid the world's energy crisis and help relieve the greenhouse effect. To achieve this objective Global plans to operate a one million gallon per year biodiesel pilot plant. In addition to the production of biodiesel, it is expanding into the parallel solar and wind turbine energy markets. It also sought entry into the coal business.
