Its business model is once a technology is patented and commercialized; the Company licenses its technology for an ongoing royalty. It generates revenue by licensing its technologies to end users, and by providing its licensees with support and engineering services, utilizing its expertise, know-how, technologies, and patent position. Its patented corn oil process taps into the back-end of existing dry mill corn ethanol plants to extract the inedible crude corn oil that is not recovered from the existing processed corn. This corn oil is a valuable feedstock for use as a replacement of fossil fuels as well as a valuable source of protein to livestock The Company exclusively sells its technologies, products and services to ethanol producers that have entered into license agreements with the Company.
