Excellon Resources Inc was incorporated under the Company Act (British Columbia) on March 4, 1987 and continued under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) on May 31, 2012. The Company is a mineral resource company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and mining of silver-lead-zinc mineralization on its 40,864-hectare Platosa Property in northeastern Durango State, Mexico.
