Etrion Corp was incorporated pursuant to the laws of the Province of Ontario on July 27, 1993, under the name of Agents of Change Inc. The Company is an independent power producer that owns and operates renewable assets. It operates in the downstream sector of the renewable energy value chain mainly owning and operating renewable energy projects. The Company has an operating platform in Europe consists of approximately 60 MW of ground-based solar PV power plants all located in Italy. Its competitors include a number of developers, power producers and financial investors. The renewable energy sector is subject to extensive government regulation.
