Exchange Income Corp was formed on 24th January, 2002 and is incorporated in Canada. The Company is a diversified, acquisition-oriented corporation engaged in acquisition opportunities in the industrial products and aviation sectors, in particular businesses that are suited for public markets, except, in certain circumstances, for their size. The Company along with its subsidiaries is engaged in investment in profitable, well-established companies with strong cash flows operating in niche markets in Canada and/or the United States. The Company operates through two segments: - Aviation and Manufacturing. The Aviation segment provides airline services to communities in Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Nunavut. The Manufacturing segment consists of niche specialty metal manufacturers in markets throughout Canada and the United States. The Company recognizes revenue principally on two types of transactions: provision of flight and flight ancillary services in the Aviation segment and sales of manufacturing products and services in the Manufacturing segment.
