DynaResources Inc was incorporated in the State of California on September 28, 1937. The Company is an exploration-stage Company engaged in the business of acquiring, investing in, and developing precious metals properties, and the production of precious metals. Its Mining properties consist of 33 mining concessions covering approximately 69,121 hectares, at the San Jose de Gracia property. Through its Mexican subsidiary the Company owns a portfolio of mining concessions that currently includes its interests in the San José de Gracia Project, or SJG, in northern Sinaloa State, Mexico.
