DeeThree Exploration LTD, incorporated on November 22, 2007, is engaged in the exploration for and exploitation, development and production of oil and natural gas, and conducts many of its activities jointly with others. The Company has two core operating areas: the Brazeau area of west central Alberta, which is prospective for crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs), and the Ferguson area of southern Alberta, which features Bakken oil and shallow natural gas.
