DOMARK INTERNATIONAL, INC. was formed to engage in the acquisition and refinishing of aged furniture using exotic materials and then reselling it through interior decorators, high-end consignment shops and online sales. DoMark is engaged in a business strategy of acquiring private and public entities, and then managing and deploying assets as well as shared services to its majority owned entities in Technology, Medicine, Business Services, Sports, and Alternative Energy. It also recently formed MedQuest, Inc. for purposes of effecting acquisitions in the medical sector. SportsQuest, Inc. is a majority owned subsidiary of DoMark. The business of SportsQuest is the creation, development, and management of high end sports events, as well as executing a growth strategy involving acquisition of diverse and effective sports marketing platforms. DoMark International is based in Oviedo, Florida.
