Digital Development Partners, Inc., a Nevada corporation was incorporated as Cyprium Resources, Inc. on December 22, 2006. On May 19, 2009 the name of the Company was changed to Digital Development Partners, Inc. The Company, through an agreement with EFT International Ltd. owns the manufacturing, distribution and servicing rights to the EFT mobile Ephone.
