EnerCare Inc was incorporated on September 27, 2010. The Company along with its subsidiaries owns a portfolio of water heaters and other assets which are rented to customers across Ontario. The Company also provides sub-metering services for electricity, thermal and water to condominiums and apartments suites in Ontario, Alberta and elsewhere in Canada. The Company markets and sells its products through Direct Energy. Direct Energy is a sales channel for EnerCare in Ontario. The techincians markets the products to homeowners and the sales force team sells the products into the new home construction market.
