Consumers Bancorp, Inc. is a registered bank holding company for Consumers National Bank (Bank). It was incorporated under the laws of the State of Ohio. The Bank's business involves attracting deposits from businesses and individual customers and using such deposits to originate commercial, mortgage and consumer loans in its market area, consisting primarily of Stark, Columbiana, Carroll and contiguous counties in Ohio. The Bank currently has twelve branch locations. The Bank also invests in securities consisting primarily of obligations of U.S. government sponsored entities, municipal obligations and mortgage-backed securities issued by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae. The Corporation is supervised by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Federal Reserve Board) and the Bank is subject to supervision, regulation and periodic examination by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).
