Beeston Enterprises Ltd. was incorporated on July 12, 1999, in the State of Nevada. It is a development stage company. It is an exploration stage company that engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of resource properties. The Company acquired a 100% interest in nineteen mineral claims, comprising over 9,200 hectares, known as the "Ruth Lake Property", located 25 kilometers from Lac La Hache, British Columbia, Canada. On August 26, 2011, the company also owns an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Chucker Property, which includes 18 mineral claims and is located in the Silver Star Mining District, Mineral County, Nevada.
