Beta Music Group Inc (BEMG)

Beta Music Group Inc. is a Florida corporation incorporated in the state of Florida on July 5, 2006 under the name Pop Starz Productions, Inc. On November 15, 2007 it changed its name to The Next Pop Star Inc. The Company's original business endeavor was to produce live entertainment competitions to be taped and/or filmed for distribution by television and/or internet means. It was not successful and refocused its operations. In conjunction with this change in its business focus, on October 23, 2008 it changed its name to Beta Music Group, Inc. The Company's current objective is to identify potential business acquisitions. The Company's focus will be to effect a merger, exchange of capital stock, asset acquisition or other similar business combination with an operating or development stage business which desires to utilize its status as a reporting corporation under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. It intends to seek potential business opportunities and effectuate a Business Combination with a Target Business with significant growth potential. The Company's efforts in identifying a prospective Target Business are expected to emphasize businesses primarily located in the United States; however, it reserves the right to acquire a Target Business located elsewhere.
