The Company is currently seeking to engage in a merger with or acquisition of an unidentified foreign or domestic company which desires to become a reporting company whose securities are qualified for trading in the United States secondary market. Its original plan of operation was to position Renovo to provide complete loss management and restoration services to residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional properties.
