T.J.T., Inc. is engaged in the business of repairing and reconditioning axles and tires for the manufactured housing industry. The Company operates in two segments: axle and tire reconditioning, and accessories and siding distribution. Its products include set-up supplies, such as roller system for the transportation and installation of manufactured home; tires for mobile home transportation and utility trailers; brake and idler axles for manufactured homes and utility trailers; film sheeting, pipe wrap and insulation, and gas and water lines and fittings; and anchors, tie downs, stabilizer plates, straps, and clamps for foundation applications. It also purchases used axles and tires, from manufactured home dealers and transporters. The Company reconditions the axles and inspects the tires, and sells this to manufactured home factories for reuse. It serves wholesale and retail customers, including homeowners, contractors, builders, and developers of manufactured homes, site built homes, commercial modular.
