Axis Energy Corp was formed in 1992 as a private Texas Corporation to aggressively acquire producing oil and gas properties. Axis has developed an oil and gas base with the emphasis on oil and gas reserves through acquisitions of producing oil and gas properties and developmental drilling. The major geographic focus is Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, Kansas and Arkansas. Other producing states are considered depending on the opportunity and expected economic rate of return. Axis acquire producing properties with upside potential by workovers, recompletions and by developmental drilling. Axis attempts to maintain a balance of 60% natural gas projects and 40% oil projects.
