Awilco Drilling PLC was incorporated in December 2009 in connection with the acquisition of the two semi submersible drilling rigs, WilPhoenix (previously Arctic II) and WilHunter (previously Arctic IV). The Company owns offshore drilling rigs for use in offshore drilling operations, and to provide drilling services for oil and gas companies using these rigs.
