Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste, S.A.B. de C.V., was incorporated in April 1998. The Company is engaged in operating, maintaining and developing nine airports in the southeast region of Mexico. As an operator of these airports, the Company charges airlines, passengers and other user fees for the use of the airports' facilities. The Company derives rental and other income from commercial activities conducted at its airports, such as the leasing of space to restaurants and retailers.
