The Company sells its products through distribution channels, including security system integrators, locksmiths, wholesalers, retailers, do-it-yourself shops, building suppliers, hardware stores, original equipment manufacturers and security shops. The Company operates in North and South America, the Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The Company's business is divided into five divisions: The three are based on products sold in local markets in the respective division: EMEA, Americas and Asia Pacific; Global Technologies manufacture and sell electronic access control, identification products and entrance automation; and Entrance Systems consist of products including automatic swing, sliding, revolving doors, gate automation, hardware, garage doors, revolving doors, gate automation, hardware, garage doors sold around the world.
