American Manganese, Inc. was incorporated under the laws of British Columbia on July 8, 1987, and is a publicly traded company with its shares listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. The name of the Company was changed from Rocher Deboule Minerals Corp. to American Manganese Inc. on January 20, 2010. The Company is principally engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of interests in mineral resource projects in British Columbia, Canada and Arizona, USA. To date, the Company has not generated any revenues and is considered to be in the exploration stage.
