Alto Ventures Ltd is gold and base metal exploration company. It acquires, explores and evaluates Canadian gold projects. The Company's projects include Oxford Lake gold property, Destiny Project, Vassal project, Empress gold property, Alcudia project and Greenoaks property, among others. The Oxford Lake gold property is located in central Manitoba, approximately 150 km southeast of Thompson. The property consists of 17 contiguous unpatented mining claims and two Mineral Exploration Licenses. The Destiny project is located in the Despinassy Township of Val d'Or, Quebec. The property is owned 100% by the Company and consists of 177 mining claims which cover approximately 7,421 hectares. The Company's Vassal project located on strike from Destiny Gold project is a new grass-roots targets in a gold producing belt. The Empress gold property is located in Syine Township, approximately 100 km west of Hemlo and 15 km east of Terrace Bay, north of Jackfish Lake, near the north shore of Lake Superior. The Alcudia project is immediately east of Eagle Hill Exploration's Windfall Property. The Mud Lake project is gold mineralization discovered along 6 km shear zone. The Greenoaks property lies adjacent to the Company's Miner Lake project and is located approximately 43 km northeast of the Town of Beardmore. The Cote-Archie Lake property is located in the Summers and McComber townships, approximately 5 km north of the Town of Beardmore. Three Towers project, located in Ontario is a gold-bearing shear zone traced for over 500 m on surface and Expansion Lake project in Ontario is a new project east of Mud Lake and south of Kodiak's Hercules project. The Miner Lake gold property is located approximately 45 km northeast of the Town of Beardmore and it is owned 100% by the company.
