Alacer Gold Corp was incorporated under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) on September 20, 1993. The Company is a gold mining company focused on mining and exploration in Turkey. The Corporation presently operates its 80%-owned Copler Gold Mine in Turkey, and is involved in eleven exploration projects across Turkey. The Company's products are gold and silver. The Company's mining; exploration and development activities are subject to various federal, provincial, state and municipal laws and regulations relating to the protection of the environment, including requirements for closure and reclamation of mining properties. is a gold producer with a portfolio of gold mines and exploration properties in Turkey and Australia. It holds interests in multiple mines which provide ore to three processing facilities in Australia and Turkey.
