Anheuser-Busch InBev SA was incorporated on 2 August 1977. The Company is a brewing company. It manages a portfolio of over 200 brands of beer. These include global brands Budweiser, Corona (except in the United States) and Stella Artois; international brands such as Beck's, Leffe and Hoegaarden; and many local brands such as Bud Light and Michelob Ultra in the United States, Corona Light, Modelo Especial, Modelo Light, Negra Modelo, Victoria and Pacifico in Mexico, Skol, Brahma and Antarctica in Brazil, Quilmes in Argentina, Jupiler in Belgium and the Netherlands, Hasseröder in Germany, Klinskoye and Sibirskaya Korona in Russia, Chernigivske in Ukraine, Harbin and Sedrin in China. It also produces and distributes soft drinks, particularly in Latin America. The Company has seven business segments: North America, Mexico, Latin America North, Latin America South, Europe, Asia Pacific and Global Export & Holding Companies. It competes against a mixture of national, regional, local and imported beer brands. In many countries in Latin America, it competes with local players and local beer brands. Its facilities in the United States are subject to federal, state and local environmental protection laws and regulations.
