SASKATOON, SK, July 22, 2022 /CNW/ - Royal Helium Ltd. (TSXV:RHC.VN) ("Royal") and Imperial Helium Corp. (TSXV:IHC.VN) ("Imperial") announce the closing of the previously announced acquisition of Imperial by Royal pursuant to a plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") under the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). Pursuant to the Arrangement, Royal acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares in the capital of Imperial (the "Imperial Common Shares") in exchange for common shares in the capital of Royal (the "Royal Shares") on the basis of 0.614 of a Royal Share for each Imperial Common Share.
