(TSXV: DTG, OTC:ERILF) (“Dynamic”, “Company”, “we” and “our”) announces that it has executed an amendment to its loan agreement with EDC to extend the next principal payment date to July 29, 2022 from July 16, 2022. As a consequence of this extension, the senior lender’s Facility A and B Maturity Dates have been automatically extended to July 28, 2022 from July 14, 2022.
