Cornish Metals Announces Change of Auditor

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 10, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cornish Metals Inc. (TSX-V/AIM: CUSN) (“Cornish Metals” or the “Company”), a mineral exploration and development company focused on its projects in Cornwall, United Kingdom, announces that following a tender process led by the Audit Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of PKF Littlejohn LLP (“PKF”) to replace Davidson & Company LLP (“Davidson”) as the Company’s auditor. PKF’s appointment will be recommended for approval by shareholders at the Company’s next annual general meeting expected to be held at the end of July 2022.
