(TSX-V: MRZ) (OTCPK: MRZLF) (the “Company” or “Mirasol”) today announced that following completion by Silver Sands Resources Corp. (“Silver Sands”) of a non-brokered unit offering of securities (the “Private Placement”), Mirasol’s common share interest in Silver Sands has decreased below 10%. Mirasol did not participate in the Private Placement.
