So far for Friday’s cotton trading futures are 105 to 120 points in the black. New crop futures are also stronger, gaining back 49 to 72 points so far.
USDA’s weekly Export Sales data reported 158,493 RBs were old crop bookings and 34.7k RBs were forward sales for 22/23 delivery were made during the week that ended 2/10. USDA reported 270,022 RBs of cotton was shipped during the week that ended 2/10.
The Cotlook A index was 125 points weaker on 2/17 at 135.70 cents/lb. USDA’s FSA reduced the Adjusted World Price for cotton 298 points to 114.62 cents/lb.

May 22 Cotton is at 120.73, up 121 points,
Dec 22 Cotton is at 103, up 69 points
