Announces that its board of directors has approved the voluntary delisting of the Company's Class A common stock from the Toronto Stock Exchange. It is expected that Galaxy's Class A common stock will be delisted from the TSX effective as of close of markets on March 19. Galaxy's Class A common stock will continue to be listed and trade on the NASDAQ Stock Market under the symbol "GLXY." Galaxy Digital Inc. shares T.GLXY are trading down $1.64 at $28.06.
