Announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 6,250,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $2.40 per share, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $15.0 million. Birchtech Corp. shares T.BCHT are trading down $0.68 at $3.02.
