Frontier Lithium Announces C$15 Million Bought Deal Prospectus Offering

GREATER SUDBURY, Ontario, April 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Frontier Lithium Inc. (TSXV:FL.VN) (OTC:LITOF) (“Frontier” or the “Company”) has announced today that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by BMO Capital Markets (collectively the “Underwriters”), under which the Underwriters have agreed to buy on a bought deal basis 20,000,000 units (the “Units”), at a price of C$0.75 per Unit for gross proceeds of approximately C$15 million (the “Offering”). The offering is expected to close on or about April 22, 2026 and is subject to Frontier receiving all necessary regulatory approvals, including approvals from the TSX Venture Exchange.
