Has completed its previously announced acquisition of a 100% interest in the Dieter Lake uranium project in North-Central Quebec from Consolidated Uranium Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of IsoEnergy Ltd., pursuant to the definitive asset purchase agreement dated July 8, announced on July 10. With closing, UraniumX holds uranium projects in two Canadian jurisdictions: Saskatchewan and Quebec. UraniumX Discovery Corp. shares C.STMN are trading unchanged at $0.09.
