The Anaheim, California-based company said it had net income of $1.58 per share. Earnings, adjusted for stock option expense and amortization costs, were $2.07 per share.
The energy efficiency and sustainability consultant posted revenue of $231 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $117.2 million.
Willdan expects full-year earnings in the range of $5 to $5.15 per share, with revenue in the range of $415 million to $430 million.
