Announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 13,636,363 units at a price of $1.10 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $15,000,000. Each Unit will be comprised of one common share of the Company and one-half of one Common Share purchase warrant. Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one Common Share at a price of $1.50 per Common Share for a period of two years from the closing date of the Offering.
