Has announced a name and symbol change to Quantum Secure Encryption Corp. (QSE). Shares will begin trading under the new name and symbol and with a new CUSIP number on December 8, 2025. Scope Technologies Corp shares C.SCPE are trading up $0.03 at $0.54.
