("Laramide" or the "Company") (TSX:LAM.TO) (ASX:LAM) (OTCQX:LMRXF) announces that it will be holding its annual and special meeting of its shareholders (the "Meeting") on Thursday, September 25, 2025. The Company has set the record date for the Meeting as Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
