("CGX") and that Gabriel de Alba, director and Co-chairman of CGX, has resigned from the CGX Board. As a result, the CGX Board includes three officers of the Company, namely, Orlando Cabrales (Chairman of the CGX Board), Alejandra Bonilla and René Burgos DÃaz.
