VANCOUVER, BC, July 8, 2025 /CNW/ - Copper Giant Resources Corp. ("Copper Giant" or the "Company") (TSXV:CGNT.VN) (OTC-BB:LBCMF) (FRA:29H0) is pleased to announced that it has entered into an agreement with Red Cloud Securities Inc. ("Red Cloud") to act as lead agent and sole bookrunner, on behalf of a syndicate of agents (the "Agents"), in connection with a "best efforts" public offering (the "Marketed Offering") for the sale of up to 25,000,000 units of the Company (each, a "Unit") at a price of C$0.20 per Unit (the "Offering Price") for aggregate gross proceeds of up to C$5,000,000.
