STELLARTON, NS, June 19, 2025 /CNW/ - Empire Company Limited ("Empire" or the "Company") (TSX:EMP-A.TO) today announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended May 3, 2025. For the quarter, the Company recorded net earnings of $173 million ($0.74 per share) compared to $149 million ($0.61 per share) last year. For the quarter, the Company recorded adjusted net earnings of $173 million ($0.74 per share) compared to $154 million ($0.63 per share) last year, an increase of 12.3% (or 17.5% per share).
