TORONTO, June 17, 2025 /CNW/ - Global Atomic Corporation ("Global Atomic" or the "Company") (TSX:GLO.TO) (OTCQX:GLATF) (FRANKFURT:G12) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") for gross proceeds of up to C$30,000,000 from the sale of up to 37,500,000 units of the Company (each, a "Unit") at a price of C$0.80 per Unit. Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Red Cloud Securities Inc. will be jointly acting as a finder in connection with the Offering.
