Digital Turbine, Inc. (APPS) delivered improved fourth-quarter performance in fiscal 2025, highlighted by robust profitability gains and a return to revenue growth. The company reported Q4 revenue of $119.2 million, marking a 6% year-over-year increase, and a notable 66% surge in non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA to $20.5 million.
Despite a GAAP net loss of $18.8 million for the quarter, this result represents a significant improvement from the $236.5 million loss in the prior year, which included a large goodwill impairment. On a non-GAAP basis, Q4 adjusted net income stood at $10.8 million, or $0.10 per share.
For the full fiscal year, Digital Turbine posted $490.5 million in revenue. The company reduced its GAAP net loss to $92.1 million, down from $420.4 million in fiscal 2024. Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA came in at $72.3 million, compared to $92.4 million the previous year.
The company credits improved execution and growing advertiser demand for the strong Q4 showing. CEO Bill Stone emphasized the strategic importance of Digital Turbines AI and machine learning capabilities, particularly in monetizing first-party data and exploring alternative app distribution models.
Looking ahead to fiscal 2026, Digital Turbine forecasts revenue between $515 million and $525 million and adjusted EBITDA between $85 million and $90 million.
