CXApp Slides 15% Following Q1 Results and Platform Update
CXApp Inc. (CXAI) declined 14.55% in midday trading following the release of its Q1 2025 earnings report contributing to movement in the PRISM NextGen Tech & AI Index. For Q1 2025, the company reported Subscription to One time Revenue split of 99% from 87% in Q1 2024, 88% gross margins, and over 130% ARR growth from its top three enterprise clients. CXApp also noted increased adoption of its Agentic AI platform, including new deployments of its Kiosk and VU analytics products to support Return-to-Office initiatives. EPS for the quarter came in at -$0.08, an improvement from -$0.34 in the same period last year.
The company cited continued progress on product rollout and customer renewals, as well as new initiatives involving Google Cloud's localization services, as part of its 2025 roadmap.
