LITTLE ROCK, Ark. and TORONTO, April 15, 2025 /CNW/ - BSR Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX:HOM-U.TO) (TSX:HOM-UN.TO) today announced a cash distribution of US$0.0467 per REIT unit for the month of April 2025, representing US$0.56 per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on May 15, 2025 to unitholders of record as at April 30, 2025.
