For this second tranche, the Company issued an additional 1,364,000 Units at a price of $1.00 per Unit for gross proceeds of $1,364,000. In aggregate, the Company has issued 4,000,000 Units at a price of $1.00 per Unit for total gross proceeds of $4,000,000 - inclusive of the first tranche closing and the second tranche closing.
