REITs, or real estate investment trusts, are an interest rate-sensitive industry. As rates started to cool off in early fall 2024, REITs began to rise, but with rates climbing higher again, REIT stocks have fallen. However, over the course of 2025, interest rates are expected to come down, and now could be a great time to start building a position in REIT stocks.
In today's video, I will discuss five REITs that I am upbeat on here in 2025. These REITs have great portfolios that generate cash flow to pay growing dividends. One of those REITs is Vici Properties (NYSE:VICI).
