ST. JOHN'S, NL, July 16, 2024 /CNW/ - Aurion Resources Ltd. (TSXV:AU.VN) ("Aurion" or the "Company") announces that that it has entered into an agreement with Red Cloud Securities Inc. to act as lead agent and sole bookrunner on behalf of a syndicate of agents (collectively, the "Agents") in connection with a best efforts, private placement (the "Offering") for gross proceeds of up to CAD$5,000,000 from the sale of up to 9,090,909 common shares of the Company ("Shares") at a price of C$0.55 per Share ("Offering Price").
