("Nano") and in accordance with the arrangement agreement entered into between the Company, Nano, and 1441586 B.C. Unlimited Liability Company (the "Arrangement Agreement"), the Company has effected a deemed conversion of all its issued and outstanding proportionate voting shares (the "CRAFT Proportionate Shares") into subordinate voting shares of the Company (the "CRAFT Subordinate Shares").
