BROSSARD, QC, Aug. 8, 2023 /PRNewswire/ - G Mining Ventures Corp. ("GMIN" or the "Corporation") (TSXV:GMIN.VN) (OTCQX:GMINF) announces that, in accordance with the Corporation's Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan (the "Plan") approved by the Corporation's shareholders as of June 6, 2023, the Board of Directors has granted, as of August 7, 2023, an aggregate of 112,968 stock options (the "Options") and 42,723 restricted share units (the "RSUs") to certain officers and employees of the Corporation.
