(Nasdaq:CARM) ("Carisma" or the "Company"), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing innovative immunotherapies, today announced that the Company will join the Russell 2000®, Russell 3000® and Russell Microcap® Indexes following the conclusion of the 2023 Russell indexes annual reconstitution, effective upon the U.S. markets open today, June 26, 2023.
